The SOLKAI trade mark, the logo, the product names (including but not limited to "Gaïa" and "Hecate"), the texts, photographs, videos, graphic content, user interface and any other material published on the website are the exclusive property of EmmePi S.r.l. or of third parties who have granted a licence for their use. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or use of such materials without prior written authorisation is prohibited, save for personal and non-commercial purposes in compliance with the applicable laws on copyright (Italian Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941) and industrial property (Italian Legislative Decree no. 30 of 10 February 2005).

The online sales activity constitutes an "information society service" within the meaning of Italian Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 and is subject to its provisions. The activity does not require any prior authorisation pursuant to Article 6 of the same decree. No specific licences are required for the sale of swimwear and accessories.

The website is hosted on the e-commerce platform of Shopify International Limited, with registered office at 2nd Floor Victoria Buildings, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland. EmmePi S.r.l. does not adhere to any specific code of conduct other than the rules imposed by applicable consumer protection, data protection and electronic commerce legislation.

7. Alternative dispute resolution

Pursuant to Article 14 of Regulation (EU) no. 524/2013, consumers are informed that, in case of dispute, they may refer the matter to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The email address of the Operator for the purposes of that platform is amministrazione@solkai.it. Consumers resident in a Member State of the European Union may also rely on the out-of-court dispute resolution procedures set out in Part V, Title II-bis, of the Italian Consumer Code.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Subject to mandatory provisions for the protection of consumers, this Legal Notice and the entire content of the website are governed by Italian law. For consumers resident in Italy, the competent court is the court of the place of residence or chosen domicile of the consumer, pursuant to Article 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code. For relationships with users not qualifying as consumers, the courts of Milan, Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
